BrainFitness Classes

After having an understanding on your child's brain fitness with Cognitive Maps™, Brain Fitness classes can be assigned according to each individual's needs.
We then adapt our programmes to suit the individual needs of each Child. Our brain is one big neural network. Neural networks are re-wired through a process of building, re-building and re-directing brain connections.
Feedback is continuously generated so we can monitor progress. All new networks are entrenched through repetition at optimal intensity. This is vital for maximum results and efficacy. If the activities are too easy, the brain will not be adequately challenged to build new, stronger and better connections; if the activities are too difficult, the Child will lose motivation, interest and confidence in continuing (just like working out in the gym). Motivation is critical as it release brain chemicals (what are brain chemicals?)* that are vital to building stronger brain connections.
The brain is then transformed into a more efficient and effective neural network for performance.
*Brain chemicals, or neuro-transmitters, such as dopamine and acetylcholine are released when a person is motivated and encouraged. These brain chemicals play a critical role in the formation of stronger and more resilient brain connections.
